Our service agents regularly monitor and recharge scooters. If your scooter's battery depletes during your ride, you can end your ride (if it's safe to do so) and locate another scooter nearby
Please note that the system will end the ride automatically if the battery percentage is critical and the scooter will gradually stop.
We recommend you to check the scooter battery before you start your ride and make sure you have enough battery for your trip.
