You can easily locate available scooters using the map within our mobile app. Ensure that your device's location services are turned on and that the app has permission to access your location. The map displays the real-time location of all scooters that are ready for use. To begin your ride, use the app to scan the QR code located on the scooter. This will unlock the scooter and initiate your rental. If you encounter difficulties starting a ride, please check your app and location settings, and ensure you have sufficient funds or an active payment method.
